Alumni Youth Leadership Program (Grade 8, 9)

Leadership is a lifelong journey and the Alumni Youth Leadership program is a great way to get a jump start. Join other aspiring youth leaders to discuss, learn, and do activities related to personal development, community involvement, and leadership. The structure of the program will revolve around a weekly topic such as communication, leadership styles, conflict resolution, wellness, teamwork and dozens more! Youth will have the opportunity to individually volunteer with YMCA programs as well as volunteer as a group within the community. This program lasts for the entire school year and occasional participation on Saturdays may be required for external volunteering.
