About This Activity
YMCA Basketball develops fundamental movement skills (Physical Literacy) and sports skills while in an inclusive, values-based environment. Progressive movement and skill development, games, activities and modified scrimmages will be used to improve competence and confidence in a fun atmosphere to allow children to take part in physical activity and sport, for both a healthy life-long enjoyment, and for sporting success.
