***Please register the Birthday Party Child into the program*** ***Please read your receipt notes carefully for more detailed party information*** For FULL details on Birthday Parties at the Kerrisdale Play Palace, please visit Vancouver.ca/PlayPalace. Public Parties occur during the regular public operation of the Play Palace so the play area will be shared with other party users and the public. There are 5 party areas that can be booked during public times. Each party area can accommodate up to 20 children only. If you are expecting more than 20 children, you will want to book an additional party area or you may want to decide to book a Private Party. PLAYPALACE PUBLIC HOURS PARTY NOTES: * Children must meet the minimum height requirements for the inflatables. Height requirements vary depending on the inflatable * Your guests MUST sign-in at the Arena Office. Admission fees are included for your guest. * Shoes are removed and socks must be worn on the floor area/play area. Please ensure you notify all of your participants to bring socks. Socks can be purchased from our office for2.50/pair. * Parent participation and supervision on the floor area is mandatory. Staff are responsible for ensuring that equipment is available and safe to operate. * Adults are NOT allowed on the inflatable equipment at any time unless there are extenuating circumstances provided to staff beforehand. * Please ensure that you monitor your party area. Kerrisdale Arena is not responsible for lost or stolen items. * Kerrisdale Arena will provide tables and chairs for 20 children. Recommended maximum number of guests is 30-40 people (children & adults). * All food, decorations and other party equipment is the party organizer's responsibility. * Please bring painter's tape for wall decorations and disposable table cloths (for easier clean up). * The time listed on this receipt indicates the time you have access to your designated party area. You are provided with 30 minutes before your reservation for set up, and 15 minutes after for clean up. Please vacate your party area no later than 15 minutes after your reserved sitting time. * Refund/Cancellation Policy: Notice is required 21 days prior to your booking to receive a refund. Otherwise, the full amount listed on your permit will be charged.
